These terms cover this tournament website and the First Coast APA Tournament Alerts text program, run by Maximum English LLC dba First Coast APA, the local franchise of the American Poolplayers Association (APA) pool league.

First Coast APA Tournament Alerts (text messages)

• What you'll get: texts about the tournament you registered for: your registration and team PIN, waiting-list updates, reminders to add a partner, table assignments when your match is called, check-in and no-show notices, match results and chip counts, cash-in and last-call announcements, and event-day announcements from the tournament director. We don't send marketing texts.
• How you sign up: by checking the text-alert box for your own number when you register, or on your team page. Agreeing to texts is not required to register.
• Message frequency varies with tournament activity, typically more on tournament day.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to opt out at any time. You'll get one confirmation text and no further messages. Reply START to sign up again.
• Reply HELP for help, or contact us at firstcoast@apaleagues.com or 904-528-7657.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Tournament website

• Keep your team PIN private. Anyone with it can update your roster and enter scores for your team.
• Entry fees, payouts and tournament rules are set by the tournament director. Results and chip counts recorded by the director are final.
• Team names, player names, skill levels, chip counts and results are shown publicly on the tournament pages.
